ABOUT FIRST STEP!

       We would like to take this opportunity to welcome new families and returning friends.  Over the years it has been an absolute joy and pleasure celebrating the growth and development of the many children who have attended First Step and we are equally as excited to meet the new families just starting in our program.

       First Step is dedicated to supporting children and their families. The partnerships that we build with children and their families are the core of our program. As teachers, we truly value the parent-teacher relationship and see it as a way to develop the program to better meet each child’s needs.  

We encourage parent volunteers and are working on ways to provide additional opportunities for parents to become more involved in our program. If you are

interested, please see your child’s teacher.

      Finally, it is important to us that families have a voice at First Step. We welcome suggestions and insight on ways to better our programs and are always available to answer any questions or concerns you might have regarding our programs and procedures.  We look forward to the opportunity of seeing the world through your child’s eyes and would like to welcome you into our First Step family.
